Booking Fee policy

We politely request the following booking fees to secure your appointment.

Up to 60 minute appointment (ie Ladies Cut and Finish) £10.00
Up to 120 minute appointment (ie Colour and hair cut) £20.00
More than 120 minute appointment (ie Bespoke Colour) £30.00

These are payable no later than14 days before the appointment.

The booking fee is non refundable for the following:
Less than 48 hours to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
No show
Late arrival (At the salon owner’s discretion)
Constant change of appointment within 48 hours of scheduled appointment.

If we are able to fill the appointment to someone else we will transfer your booking fee to your next appointment.

Cancellation policy

We politely request 48 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.

If you cancel or reschedule 3 times without 48 hours notice we will require a 50% booking fee for future appointments.

Colour Safe policy

We are proud to be a colour safe salon for the comfort and safety of our guests.

A 48 hour patch test is required before every colour service. If you do not have your colour patch test on arrival we may not be able to do your colour service but 50% of that service will still need to be paid for.
